1.2 How We Protect Your Data
  • All information lives in proprietary Morni databases on AWS.
  • AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit.
  • Role-based access; only vetted team members can view production-critical data.
  • Regular security audits and automated backups.
1.3 Payments

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe stores and secures your card information; Morni receives only a payment token and basic billing metadata.

1.4 Cookies & Tracking

Essential and performance cookies remember preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand traffic. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality.

1.5 Your Rights
  • Access / Update — View or correct your personal data.
  • Delete — Request permanent deletion of your account and data (legal/accounting exceptions may apply).
  • Opt-Out — Unsubscribe from marketing emails via any message footer.

2. Custom-Order Design Flow

  • Submit Your Vision — Share silhouette, materials, and techniques.
  • Design-House Match — We pair you with the most relevant partner atelier.
  • Collaborative Creation — Up to 2 design calls and 3 design iterations included.
  • Approval & Payment — Pay the final invoice in full to initiate production.
  • Made-to-Measure — Garments are crafted strictly to the measurements and design you approved. Accurate measurements are your responsibility.

3. Small-Batch & Hand-Made Variations

All Morni pieces are produced in small batches by skilled artisans. Because of the hand-made process, slight differences in colour, weave, or embroidery from digital mock-ups are normal—and part of each garment’s unique character.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Every Morni piece is made-to-order; we cannot accept returns or size-based exchanges.

Exception — Manufacturing Defect

If your garment arrives with a significant production flaw, email support@mymorni.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a description. We will repair or remake the item at no cost. Measurement errors supplied by the customer are not considered defects.

5. Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide from India and/or partner design houses. Shipping costs, timelines, and any import duties appear at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Age Restrictions

Our site is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Links

Occasionally we link to external sites (e.g., artist portfolios). Morni is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. When updated, the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be emailed to active account holders.
