Young The Giant's pieces are inspired by a fusion of contemporary South Asian fashion and the band's magnum opus of an album, American Bollywood. Using a combination of modern silhouettes and generational hand-embroidered techniques, Color Coded Crime, in collaboration with Qasim Anwar, has created a one-of-a-kind collection of hand-crafted suits for the 2023 American Bollywood Tour. The patterns on the clothes are inspired by 16th-century Mughal art, which is already infused in CCC’s brand identity and reflects the story of American Bollywood and its journey through the history of India and Pakistan. All the pieces have been hand-cut, sewn, and embroidered in Lahore, Pakistan. The custom shirts have been hand-made at Morni’s design studios in Faridabad, India, making this a collaboration across neighbouring borders, united through creative zeal.
